Slow Wine

Dajour

With the release of his self titled debut LP “Dajour” and Caribbean/Dancehall single “Slow Wine”, Dajour (formally known as King Buudha) has taken the Westchester County, and Jefferson County areas by storm. A co-sign from his uncle the legendary Jadakiss, and a feature on Styles P’s, A Wise Guy and A Wise Guy studio album is more than proof that Dajour has proven himself to be an undeniable talent, with longevity. Born June 24th, 1996, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and raised in Yonkers, NY, this determined and enthusiastic rapper/singer/songwriter/ghostwriter is an avid live performer who has amassed a devoted fan base, due in large part to his engaging live shows and personal connection to his listeners through his music. Creating his own record Label alongside of business partner Jose Torres, Dajour & Label 9 Ent have started what seems to be a wave amongst the Westchester County area. Label 9 Ent. has been quoted amongst peers and other upcoming artist from New York as "the next big thing". Dajour raps, and sings with an emotional resonance that combined with his melodic songs and soulful expressive lyrics, does more than captures his audience wherever he performs. While he is compared to house hold names such as Drake, Tory Lanez, Bryson Tiller, and Dave East, Dajour also has a charismatic musical style, and personality all his own wherein his equally pop, raw rap, and R&B gives him a distinctive and edgy sound that listeners always find themselves mesmerized by after a brief listen.
